1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and teksi66 ("Platform"). This document should be read together with the teksi66 Privacy Policy, which also forms part of this agreement.

teksi66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

The most current version of this document at any given time is the version that applies. You are responsible for ensuring that you always refer to the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

teksi66 services are only available to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Holds a valid identity card (MyKad) or other valid identity document.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list of any relevant authority.
• Registering on their own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• Complying with all local laws applicable to online gambling at their location.

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different names, email addresses or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. teksi66 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through supporting documents such as a MyKad, utility bill or bank statement.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

teksi66 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and Cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must use the same method and name registered under your teksi66 account. teksi66 does not process payments through third parties or accounts held in another person's name.

teksi66 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these terms while an investigation is carried out.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

teksi66 offers various types of promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated alongside the relevant offer.

The teksi66 first deposit bonus gives an additional 150% of your first deposit amount, with a maximum bonus of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

The wagering requirement must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before this requirement is fulfilled will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.

teksi66 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time if there is evidence of misuse or breach of terms.

5. User Responsibilities

As a registered teksi66 user, you agree to:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times.
• Notify teksi66 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your account with any other party or allow others to use your account.
• Not use automation software, bots, hacking tools or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not distribute unlawful, threatening, abusive or rights-infringing content through the platform.
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable at your location when using teksi66 services.

teksi66 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, or from any unauthorised use that occurs as a result of your own negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the teksi66 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software compilations, is the property of teksi66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without written authorisation from teksi66.

The trade name, brand and logo "teksi66" are protected rights. Any unauthorised use is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

teksi66 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption, free from errors or viruses, or that results from using the services will meet your expectations.

teksi66 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform.

teksi66's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

8. Account Termination

teksi66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Registration or use of multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting teksi66 customer service via Live Chat or email. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to any relevant investigation.

9. Responsible Gambling

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
